Grapes were sourced from both the Gentleman Farmer Vineyard in South East Kelowna and Seven Mountain on Mount Boucherie bench, West Kelowna.
Hand harvested, 50% whole bunch pressed, 50% 24-hour skin contact to give a balance of fresh fruit flavours and mouth texture. Settled juice is fermented long and cold in stainless steel tanks.
Flavours of honey suckle, lemon grass, cardamom and spearmint on the nose. This youthful wine has great tension between the genuine fruit sweetness and natural acidity. Fresh lemon and mineral linger on the palate. Enjoy fresh now or cellar 10 to 20 years.

- Quite aromatic; lime spearmint, tropical fruit and some bramble leaf. Medium-plus body, round with an acidic backbone. A little off-dry with tropical fruit, lime and other mixed sweet and tart citrus fruit flavours. ~ Karl Kliparchuk - My Wine Pal
