Golden Retreat Vineyard in Summerland

Winemaking

The grapes are hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. 10% of the juice is fermented in neutral French oak barrels and 90% is cold fermented in stainless steel tank. The barrel portion adds texture and weight to the final wine.

Tasting Notes

Lemon zest, pear, and almond biscotti characteristics on the nose with flavours of honeysuckle, ripe peach and cantaloupe on the palate. This wine is juicy and delicious making it a perfect patio sipper.
