2021 Pinot Noir Rosé

Source
100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from Southeast Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Summerland.
Winemaking
The grapes are hand harvested on each vineyard site, destemmed and crushed into tank, where they then cold soak for 48 hours. Once desired colour and light phenolics are reached the grape skins are pressed off and the juice then undergoes a cool fermentation until dry.
Tasting Notes
Notes of wild strawberry, prink grapefruit and orange peel on the nose. Crunchy acid with flavours of cranberry, raspberry, and strawberry rhubarb pie filling on the palate. Long creamsicle finish with a savory note.

Reviews
91. This wine begins with aromas of strawberry and cherry, leading to flavours of strawberry, raspberry and cranberry. There is almost a crunchy texture, with racy acidity and a dry finish. ~ John Schreiner on Wine
