Our premium Chardonnay is hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, using a combination of standard barrels and puncheons. 40% new oak & partial malolactic fermentation.

Bold aromas of ripe stone fruit, preserved lemon, and butterscotch. Bright acidity and wet stone brush the palate, then complimented with a creamy finish and lingering notes of brazil nut and brioche.

The 2019 Pinot Noir Rosé has distinct aromas of ruby red grapefruit, wild strawberry, and white cherry on the nose which leads into a fresh palate of cranberry and rhubarb, even mouthfeel and a polished finish.

Aromatics of refreshing spearmint, subtle hint of manuka honey, and citrus blossom, mirrored flavours on the palate finishing with flint and slate mineral. This wine has energy, tension, and a crisp, lingering finish.
