Our Botrytis Affected Late Harvest Riesling was hand harvested mid-November from SpearHead's Orchard Block Riesling (planted 2016) in South East Kelowna. Foot stomped in picking bins for skin contact and to free the sugar from the dehydrated raisins.
Pronounced flavours of apple, nectarine, honeydew melon, and white floral notes are present on the nose. This is greeted by candied lemon, nectar, and vanilla on the palate. There is a hint of slate minerality, and the mouthfeel is soft, with a crème brulé finish.
