Made of 100% Clone 95 from Duncan Vineyard on the Naramata Bench. The nose expresses pronounced aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and toasted almond. The mouthfeel is rich and textured yet fresh at the same time. Flavours of baked apple, preserved lemon, crème brûlée, and biscotti dance on the palate.
Our Botrytis Affected Late Harvest Riesling was hand harvested mid-November from SpearHead's Orchard Block Riesling (planted 2016) in South East Kelowna. Foot stomped in picking bins for skin contact and to free the sugar from the dehydrated raisins.
100% Clone 95 from the Saddle Block on SpearHead Winery’s home estate. Aromas of pineapple, citrus, and baked apple greet the nose. More citrus to follow on the palate accompanied by flavours of honeycomb, hazelnut, and caramel. The finish is long with a creamy mouthfeel.
