The 2022 vintage is packed with baked cherry, blackberry, violet, and brown sugar. There is a pleasant damp earth and thyme spice note. The palate is fresh and bright with flavours of Bing cherry, pomegranate, red currant, and chocolate raspberry. Hints of Allspice linger on the finish.

Introducing the single clone Pinot Noir we have all been waiting for! 

On the nose, it showcases a complex bouquet of dark fruit, such as black currant and dark cherry, along with notes of Iris, allspice, and tobacco leaf. The palate is robust, with fine tannins beautifully balanced with the acidity and flavour intensity. The fruit characteristics persist on the palate, along with coffee, sweet spice and potting soil. The wine is both floral and earthy, very Burgundian in style.

Scents of hibiscus, blackberry jam, clove, and cinnamon greet the nose. There are pleasant nuances of forest floor and truffle mushroom. Dark cherry, raspberry, black currant, and cocoa coat the palate. The tannins are silky, and the wine is fruit forward.
