2020 Magnum Cuvee

Source
Fruit sourced from Golden Retreat Vineyard in Summerland and our estate in South East Kelowna.
Winemaking
Pinot Noir clones 828, Pommard, 115, and 667 are hand harvested and destemmed, then cold soaked for 6-7 days prior to undergoing spontaneous fermentation. After approximately 21 days the skins are removed and the wine is transferred to French oak barrel to age for 13 months (40% new). This wine is built to cellar.
Tasting Notes
A beautiful violet aroma on the nose, with hints of preserved blueberry, liquorice, and sticky spice cake. Flavours of dark blackberry, plum and vanilla on the palate with complexities like bacon fat, toast, and mint chocolate linger on the finish.
Decant and enjoy now or cellar until 2030.
